Labor Day is a holiday to honor hard working Americans, and small business owners like you are among the hardest workers around! You're often the first ones in and the last ones out of the business. We admire and celebrate your hard work and perseverance.

One small business owner shared with us that hiring her first team member was her greatest accomplishment, and we are sure it's one of yours too. We were struck by her sense of pride in developing her business and giving back to her community through job creation.

We know she isn't alone - 89% of employers have fewer than 20 employees. When you include sole proprietors, 98% of businesses have fewer than 20 employees, according to the U.S. Census.
